Literature Text

Through my fear
I creep in the dark.
Shedding a tear,
I wait in the park.

He said he'd never depart,
Yet here I wait.
Broken is my heart;
'Twas always my fate.

Alone I stand,
Darkness around.
Red are my hands
I fall to the ground.

'Why did you leave me?'
I shout to the sky,
'You had protected me
And then you just die?'

I cry and I cry,
My eyes full of tears.
And when they are dry
Back come the fears.

Here I sit, lonely,
Then my fear comes alive.
He walks toward me
To flee do I strive.

How on earth can this be?
Some man bit his throat,
Yet here he walks toward me,
The man that I dote.

I see the blood, dry,
He grins and I see
He really did die,
He's come after me.

His fangs are long.
I try to run.
He plays along,
He thinks its fun.

I run for my life,
He chases and stalks.
I was his wife,
Now I'm but a mark.

He catches me quickly.
I try to scream.
His fangs sink deeply,
It feels like a dream.

Again do I fall,
The ground is close.
I've lost it all,
I am but a ghost.

The world darkens,
I am through.
The angel of death harkens,
What shall I do?

I am no more,
My blood is gone.
My soul is sore
And I'm alone.
I was bored and felt like writing a poem, and I managed to come up with this.
